Completed in summer 2011 this contract was for a turnkey high accuracy level indication and alarm monitoring system.
Required for one storage tank with seven individual compartments containing various solvents.
Access to fuel level data by local control panel incorporating display indicators with automatic ullage calculation.
Alarms indicated by local alarm lamps along with external sounder beacon.
System test and mute facility.

High accuracy level measurement system using Nivelco Nivotrack magnetostrictive ATEX level probes.
Local display panel incorporating display indicators, alarm indicators, sounder/beacon, test and mute facility. Automatic ullage calculation. ATEX inputs from level probes.
High level and bund full alarm detection by Afriso EMA ATEX thermistor switches.
Retransmission of level and alarm data by RS485 loop. |
