Completed in late summer 2011 this contract was for a turnkey level indication and alarm monitoring system incorporating level and alarm data transfer to a remote location .
Required for eight storage tanks containing diesel fuels reclaimed from tank maintenance or fuel spillage.
Access to fuel level data by web based browser using hard wired connection.
Level and alarm data input to wet stock management system.

Level measurement system using Afriso DMU 08 submersible pressure transmitters.
Multi-process indicator display panel with contents in litres and individual ullage calculation.
Fail-safe fuel high level alarms using Afriso NOV2 twin channel thermistor switches.
50mm water bottom alarms using Afriso ELT 8 conductivity level switches and 69 series sensing probes.
Level data and alarms outputs linked via RS485
loop to onsite PC with retransmission to offsite
web hosted wet stock management system. |
