Completed in early summer 2010 this contract was for two turnkey high accuracy level indication and environmental monitoring systems.
Required for four 1.25 million litre NATO standard bulk fuel storage tanks containing AVTUR aviation fuel.
Access to fuel level data by web based browser using telephone landline and wireless network.
Level and alarm data input to the base fuel management system.
Level and environmental secondary alarms transmitted via GSM modem to the base emergency services.

OPW iSite touch screen HMI panel displaying all fuel levels, ullage, alarms, deliveries and 100 litre fuel loss alarm.
Wireless and landline transmission of data to base fuel management system.
Secondary alarm transmission to base police and fire services via GSM modem.
Oil separator level monitoring using Afriso OSA ATEX oil separator alarm.
High level alarms using Afriso S71X ATEX level switches.
Intellismart environmental sensors monitor fuel leakage at strategic points across the site.
