 OSA (layer level alarm/overflow alarm or silt alarm)

The OSA monitors the level of the separated liquid in oil/petrol separators and generates an alarm signal when it is necessary to empty the separator.
In addition, the maximum permissable level in the separator can be detected, preventing overfilling.

OSA consists of an alarm unit, an ES4 capacitance sensor for detecting the layer level and an optional WGA-R6 PTC thermistor sensor for detecting the maximum permissable level or ES8 silt sensor. 
The alarm unit has 2 relay outputs, audio/visual alarms and also test and re-set buttons. The alarm unit monitors the sensors for short circuits or cable breaks in the sensor circuits.

The ES4 probe is mounted at least 150mm below the normal level of the separator. When the oil or petrol layer reaches the critical level, the unit generates an alarm signal. By installing the WGA-R6 probe above the normal level, the maximum level in the separator can also be detected. If the ES8 sensor is fitted then silt levels in the separator can be monitored.

 WGA 02 and WGA 03 (layer level alarm/overflow alarm)

The WGA 02 monitors the thickness of the layer of separated liquid in oil, petrol and grease separators and generates an alarm signal when it is necessary to empty the separator. The WGA 03 can also detect the maximum level in the separator. This prevents overfilling caused by clogged outlets or other circumstances.

WGA 02 consists of an alarm unit and a WGA-SD conductivity sensor for detecting the separating layer level. The alarm unit has 2 relay outputs, audio/visual alarms and also test and reset buttons. The WGA-SD sensor is mounted below the normal level of the separator. When the oil, petrol or grease layer reaches the critical level, the unit generates an alarm signal.

WGA 03 has an additional WGA-AS capacitance sensor mounted at the maximum permissable level. An alarm is triggered when the maximum level is reached. The alarm unit monitors the sensors for short circuits or cable breaks in the sensor circuits.

 WGA 06 (oil-on-water alarm/overflow alarm)

When used with the WGA-OW floating probe, the WGA 06 detects buildup of oil in separator sumps or shafts and generates an alarm before pollutants are discharged into the main drainage system. It is also possible to use the WGA-AS sensor which enables the detection of maximum levels in separators or retention tanks.

The WGA 06 consists of an alarm unit and a capacitance sensor. The alarm unit has 2 relay outputs, audio/visual alarms and also test and re-set buttons. The alarm unit monitors the sensors and signals short circuits or cable breaks in the sensor circuits.

The WGA-OW floating sensor or WGA-AS fixed sensor can be connected. The WGA-OW floats on the surface of the water in the shaft and generates an alarm signal when an oil, grease or petrol layer of at least 15 mm thickness has built up. The WGA-AS is mounted above the normal level of the separator or the retention tank. An alarm is triggered when the maximum permissable level is reached.
